Principles of Business

Course Overview

Principles of Business will introduce you to business vocabulary, concepts, and foundational concepts of personal finance. The objective of the course is to help you develop a robust business and personal finance vocabulary, develop critical and analytical thinking skills, and expand on your decision-making skills. These skills will be acquired by the reading materials, case studies, exercises, and both independent and collaborative projects.

Google Classroom

Westlake High School utilizes the Google Classroom platform to share classroom resources, many assignments, and assessment preparation materials to students. WHS students will receive a classroom code to access these materials, submit assignments, and track any missing work.
