About Me

Zahra Asadi

I am proud to say I am an educator. I have a Master's degree in Education from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Science from Isfahan University of Technology in Iran. I have a total of 13 years in education teaching math and science and a total of 5 years working as an environmental remediation researcher. This is my second year teaching at Hill Country Middle School. I enjoy teaching middle school Math. Seeing children learn and grow, and inviting me to be part of their life discovery is very rewarding to me.

I am married to my amazing and smart husband Reza. We have two beautiful children; My son an 9th grader at WHS and my daughter a 4th grader at FTE, and our lovely and silly puppy, Hazel, is 2 years old.

In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family. We enjoy hiking and traveling. We love to visit with extended family and friends. I like cooking, doing arts and crafts, and gardening.
