Meet Michael
In 2011, Meals @ the Bridge was born from my friendships with a former homeless man and a woman who had led a life of addiction. I soon realized that homeless people did not just need a hearty, nutritious meal, but a place to belong- a community and substitute family.
I began the long search for other ways to help and heal the many I have met on the streets. It is now my dream to use the knowledge gained at the San Pat Workshop to create a community to help rebuild lives, at Eagles Corner in regional Victoria.
