Hi and welcome to my website.
This is my 20th year of teaching and by the looks of things maybe the most interesting. I taught for my first 12 years in Durango, Colorado including US History, Literature, World History, Outdoor Education, and Gifted and Talented. My family and I relocated to Washington State 7 years ago and I taught several years in the White River School District in Buckley WA. Last year I was fortunate enough to begin teaching at EGHHS and I felt immediately at home. In my spare time I love to be outside. Hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking mountain biking are what I enjoy the most. I have three kids including 2 adults and a 5th grader still at home. It is always exciting to work with young adults in History and Civics who are quickly becoming aware and active citizens in our community.
