The Bricklayers Allied Craftworkers Local # 3 represents Bricklayers, Tile, Marble and Terrazzo Finishers. Pointers, Caulkers, Cleaners. Cement and Stone Masons. We have had a rich history and can trace its roots dating back to 1869. For over 140 years we have represented the most highly skilled trowel trades craft workers in Western New York, who have been a part of building the community with great pride and quality. The union has actively fought to improve our members’ quality of life, through access to fair wages, good benefits, and safe working conditions.
The greater Niagara/Buffalo, New York area can be rest assured that its infrastructure and construction projects are stable and properly built to last generations partly due to expert craftsmanship by the members of Union Cement Masons Local 111.

International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers #4
Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers apply all types of insulation and protective jacketing to HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Boilers, Tanks, Vessels, etc. Our work is usually done at Commercial Construction Sites such as schools, hospitals, casinos, etc. and Industrial Plants such as power houses, chemical plants and refineries.
International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Union Local #7
Boilermakers fabricate, erect and maintain tubular and steel plate units for chemical and acid plant processing and storage equipment. They also fabricate and erect storage vessels, catcrackers, cokedrums and atmospheric and vacuum towers for oil refineries. In addition, they fabricate, erect and maintain boilers and storage vessels for nuclear and fossil fuel generating plants.

Laborers' Local 210 provides many of the area's largest construction firms with trained, competent, and reliable workers, including, but not limited to, the asbestos and hazardous waste remediation industries.
Laborers' Local 621 has helped pave the way throughout Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties in Southwestern NY. With over 300 members, Local 621 has continued to provide trained & skilled construction laborers to contractors in all phases of heavy & highway and building construction.
Laborers’ Local #91 provides signatory contractors with highly trained laborers in the areas of asbestos removal, hazardous materials abatement, paving roads and runways, pipe installation, as well as bridge and building construction. Through our partnership with these contractors, our members have helped complete projects in Niagara County on time and under budget that include the Niagara Hydro-Electric Power Generating Station, the AES Somerset Electric Generating Station, the Seneca Niagara Hotel and Casino, and the Yahoo Data Center located outside of Lockport, NY. Our collective bargaining agreements, coupled with our focus on training, have helped our members earn family-supporting pay, good benefits, and the ability to work and retire with dignity.
The Millwright is a craftsman that is skilled in the erection, installation, and maintenance of production and plant machinery. Millwright work includes tasks of rigging, precision leveling and alignment, building bases and, erecting machinery which may involve welding.
North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters Local #276
The Carpenters Apprentice Program is a four-year commitment that is a combination of classroom learning and job site employment. Apprentices attend classes for two weeks every six months, a system designed to accommodate the needs of the contractors and apprentices alike. The program allows carpenters apprentices to earn wages and benefits that enable them to provide for themselves and their families, while learning from the most experienced professionals in both training environments. As a result, apprentices are continuously building upon their knowledge and skill base in a practical construction site setting.
Operative Plasterers' & Cement Masons' International Association Local #9
Plasterers apply coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings and portions of buildings to produce finished surfaces that are fire-resistant and soundproof. They also mix plaster to a desired consistency and spread the plaster over drywall or masonry base using a trowel.
Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers Local #71
Local 71 is a Union of 500 Sheet Metal Workers committed to the goal of improving the lives of our families and all Sheet Metal Workers in our community.
Territory covers both Erie and Niagara counties. Teamsters Local 449’s transport drivers drive concrete mixers, dump trucks, freight handlers, site trucks, fuel trucks, residential and commercial rubbish haulers (construction), car haulers, U.P.S. delivery vehicles and work at on-site warehousing.

UA Local Union 669 Road Sprinkler Fitters, AFL-CIO, is dedicated to the education and training of its members. We strive to stay abreast of the continual evolution of fire sprinkler systems. Local Union 669 will furnish our contractors with journeymen and apprentices that have the aptitude, knowledge and skill to install a quality fire protection system.
United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local #74
The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers, based in Washington, D.C., has 22,000 members participating in nine regional district councils across the country. The union represents members who apply all types of roofing and waterproofing systems, including but not limited to: all low-sloped roofing systems (vegetative and solar photovoltaic roofs), structural waterproofing, steep-sloped roofing systems and air barrier applications.
