Welcome to the Erie 1 BOCES EdTech page! This site is curated by Marley Smith, Supervisor of Instructional Technology at Erie 1 BOCES in Western New York State. I started my career in education as a secondary science teacher in private and public high schools where I spent 13 years helping students set goals, get inspired, and recognize their strengths. After that, I spent 3 years as a Professional Development Specialist learning from a wider Professional Learning Network. I have traveled NY state to give presentations at conferences and help connect people to the plethora of digital content, planning and curricular resources that have been created and shared by generous educators and professionals. For a listing of a few of these resources, see the "Resource Round-Up" page. Below you will find a little more about my background. PLEASE feel free to contact me to share ideas or ask a question!
