9/15 - Ensemble Cast (K-8th) Audition Videos DUE

9/16-9/19 - Principal & Featured Cast (5th-8th) Auditions

9/23 - Mandatory Parent Meeting (3:30 & 6:00pm - choose one to attend)

9/24 - Rehearsals begin (see monthly Call Sheet for schedule)

9/25 - All Forms DUE

10/10 - Registration Fee DUE to Community Ed

10/31 - Spirit Shirt Orders/Payment DUE to Front Office (cash/check to SHES PTO)

11/21 - Production Fee DUE to Front Office (cash/check to SHES PTO)

11/21 - Family & Friends T-Shirt Orders DUE (cash/check to SHES PTO)

2/16-2/18 - Production Week -- load in, tech & dress rehearsals (venue TBD; see Production Week Schedule)

2/19-2/20 - Performances (7:00pm)

2/21 - Performances (2:00 & 7:00pm)

2/24 - Cast Party (3:15-4:15pm)

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

Required for all cast and crew members; due by OCTOBER 10, 2025.

Deadline for your 2025 taxes is April 15th, 2026! All of our Performing Arts programs at Sunset Hills rely on this community support to operate each year.
