Please be aware I send home weekly email blasts (on Friday's) about what we've done this week and what we're going to be doing next week. If there are any school announcements I will place them there as well. I also send home Missing Assignment Reports every Friday (parents only). The students LOVE these. If you do not receive one it means all your students assignments have been turning in their work. Good job! If you do receive one, please review with your student this missing work. Students can access Student Portal to see their missing work.

About: This is my eleventh year teaching. Before teaching, I spent 18 years in business but I've always been passionate about History. My history emphasis was Early Modern Europe (1500-1750 CE) for my Bachelors and the Early American Republic (1789-1859), and Religious Studies (Early American Religions) for my Graduate work. My other areas of interests are military history, socio-economic, popular cultural studies, and folklore.

Outside of school I follow Football, Baseball, fantasy and sci-fi literature, and am an avid video gamer. For free time I prefer to fish, SCUBA and be around some form of water, especially with my wife and children.
