All About Me

Hi,

My name is Mary Irving and I'll be your student's 5th grade English Language Arts teacher.  This is my 17th year in education and all of it has been at Ashton Ranch. I've taught 1st grade for 3 years and 3rd grade for 8 years. This is my sixth year in 5th grade.  I moved to Arizona in 2003 from New Jersey with my husband and 2 children.  I also share my house with 3 dogs and a fish. 

Our class has a resident frog named Philly who is turning 17 years old!  He's pretty interesting and loves to eat!

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone as we begin an exciting year of learning!
