This year marks our school's 40th anniversary. The Counseling Office has grown from understaffed beginnings to a professionally organized team, significantly improving its services. Since 2007, special programs for resource and visually impaired students were established, along with a dedicated Special Education Unit. In 2024, the school was named a key high school for visually impaired students, enhancing support services. Despite name changes, the Counseling Office remains a warm and supportive space for all students. 

The Dawan High School Library was established in 1993 and currently houses over 80,000 volumes, offering rich and diverse resources along with specialized sections. The library is managed by Director Zhang Renxian and a professional team, with the support of dedicated volunteers. Upholding the principle of “Endless Treasures,” the library actively promotes reading and organizes various activities. It has become the high school library with the most extensive collection in the Greater Tainan area, continuously serving faculty and students and contributing to fruitful achievements and a promising future for the campus. 

The Personnel Office is responsible for managing the appointment, training, and welfare of faculty and staff, aiming to create a positive work environment.
