Paraprofessionals are so important in our school. You are fortunate enough to build relationships with the students that you work with. For most of the students, you will know how they learn better than most people. I am open to your suggestions for accommodations/modifications for our students. Together we will collaborate and plan for the best possible learning environment for our students. I have put together a survey for you to share your preferences, concerns, *highlights* of the job so that we can make this year the most powerful for our students.
