Intermediate Symphonic Band continues on beginning band music learning to improve and refine instrumental techniques and ensemble playing. Students will experience a few fun performances throughout the year as well as music festival field trips, such as Music in the Parks in Denver. Students build on middle level musical skills and knowledge with concerts, small group unit, pop tunes unit, and modern music unit. Students also have further opportunities for outside music events and trips.
