10/10/25 NOTE TO VENDORS

Due to HarvestFest’s cancellation, we would like to invite all of our Harvestfest vendors to join us at our upcoming Founder's Day Festival on Sunday, October 26, from 12:00-4:00 PM at Washington Park in Dunellen. As a valued HarvestFest vendor, the fee that has already paid will be applied directly to Founders’ Day, so there is no additional cost to participate. However, please note that should a vendor choose not to participate in Founders’ Day, the fee that was already paid for HarvestFest will follow the no-refund policy that was initially agreed upon at registration.

Participating in Dunellen's HarvestFest on October 12, 2025 is rather affordable: starting at $45 for a 10'x10' non-food vendor space. This is the 13th year that the DDMO has been holding the event! It has been featured in the Star Ledger, Courier News, NJ Monthly, and Home News Tribune as one of NJ's best fall festivals. Attendance for the five-hour event has averaged around 2500. 

Please note that this event is RAIN OR SHINE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 

This is not a juried craft show. Although vendors are primarily arts & crafts related, we also allow for local brick-and-mortars, non-profits, and "home party" businesses so that there is a little something for everyone and to provide that classic festival feel. Many of our vendors have been with us since the beginning, over one decade ago. Only one vendor per "home party" businesses; Dunellen residents receive priority. Note that all non-craft/food vendors must have a physical location within a five-mile radius of Washington Park. 

We keep the prices low so that all interested and eligible vendors can participate. The funds are used to maintain Dunellen's downtown. This includes the benches and planters, summer flower baskets, holiday trees, etc. So when you visit our local businesses, you can see how you have helped our little one-square mile borough!

• Merchandise, Craft, Art, Display, etc.: $45 (10'x10')/ Early Bird: $35 if registered by June 1.

• Food: $200 (up to 10'x20')/ Early Bird: $175 if registered by June 1. Exclusivity to be provided to first paid vendors.

• Dunellen-based Non-profit: Complimentary (10'x10', space permitting)
