There will be no Entry on the Day options for any of the events, as all our maps are printed in Dunedin in advance of the events
We would love volunteer help from anyone! Please email entries@dunedinorienteering.org to offer your help.
Safety at the events
WHISTLES SHOULD BE CARRIED. This is a rocky map, with cliffs and narrow gorges, and hidden rocks under long grass. Please make sure you bring a whistle from home. Please read the Health & Safety form at each event, and note the arrangements in case of fire. Ensure all members of your party know what the fire signal is and what to do.
Event organisation
We're a small club and it's a big job organising a multiday event. Please note on the entries page our plea to any lovely people who would like to help us by giving an hour or two of their time at some stage over the weekend. Please email secretary@dunedinorienteering.org to offer your help. Thank you!
Shadowed children.
Arrangements for split starts for child-care arrangements, or flexibility for club helpers, will be made upon request to entries@dunedinorienteering.org
Cancellation policy
Full refunds of entry fees are available for any reason up to the closing date for entries minus an entry administration fee of 5%.
Requests for non-Covid related entry refunds after the closing date for entries (for example due to participant illness, accident or hardship) will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the organisers, based on a 50% refund.
We ask that participants do not attend if they are unwell. In this situation, please contact the organisers before the event to be granted a full refund (minus the 5%).
