REQUIREMENTS 

• All participants MUST have a complete ATHLETIC PACKET on file with an up-to-date physical done within the past calendar year.

• Please see the Info and Documents tab at the top of the page for detailed instructions on how to sign up. 

As you may or may not know, the majority of our athletic funding comes from DONATIONS. The suggested donation for Cheer is $75. You may send a check with your child and it can be dropped off at the Student Window at any time during the school day. If you are not able to donate the full amount, any denomination would greatly help. Help support the Wrestling Program at Wells Middle School.
