6th Grade 1/17/2024  from 2-3  

1st Game:  1/30/2024

Season Ends: 2/16

REQUIREMENTS 

• All participants MUST have a complete ATHLETIC PACKET on file with an up-to-date physical done within the past year. Please check with the Student Window to see if we still have a current Physical on file for participating students.

• Athlete Packets can be found on the left hand column under Information / Documents or below.

ATHLETIC PACKET 

As you may or may not know, the majority of our athletic funding comes from DONATIONS. The suggested donation for Volleyball is $75. You may send a check with your child and it can be dropped off at the Student Window at any time during the school day. If you are not able to donate the full amount, any denomination would greatly help. Help support the Volleyball Program at Wells Middle School.
