Class of 1985 and later: Please sign up at www.Parchment.com to send your official transcripts electronically to over 8,000 destinations worldwide. Once you have signed up, you can sign in to send and track your transcript.
Click the green Order button. If you don't see this, then you haven't added your school to your account. To do this, click + Add another school or organization you attended.
2. You will see two destination options. If you are sending it to yourself or to another individual, select the option on the right. If you are sending your transcript to a school, select the option on the left. If you select the option on the left, you will be presented with a search box where you will search for the destination. If the destination that you are sending your transcript to does not appear, click Enter Your Own to manually enter the destination.
3. Continue filling in the fields to place your order. Information on the next page tells you more about the options that you will see here.
4. On the Provide Consent page you (or your parent/guardian) authorize Parchment to release your transcript from your school once we receive the transcript. You can sign with your mouse or finger.
5. Finally, you will make a payment if you are asked to (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
If you are a CURRENT DHS student, you can view your unofficial transcript from the campus portal, please DO NOT REQUEST a self-view if currently attend DHS. Dublin High School releases transcripts once a day, Monday through Friday. Requests are not processed on non-school days, with the exception of summer break when our District Office processes the requests. Expect a 2 - 3 working day turnaround.
During your order, you will be presented with a drop-down menu where you can select if you want to wait until your next grades are in before sending your transcript. If you want it sent after FINAL GRADES have been posted, select "Hold for Grades".
