📃SENDING IN TRANSCRIPTS FOR OUTSIDE ALTERNATIVE📃 CREDIT COURSES
Courses taken for acceleration - the deadline for transcripts to be received at DHS is August 1st to validate your course placement.
Seniors - if you took a summer course to meet your art graduation requirement, a transcript must be received by August 1st or we will need to enroll you in a VAPA or Applied Art Class.
DPIE and Las Positas-Geometry only - the programs will send your grades to DHS directly at the completion of the summer course.
Courses taken for elective credits - that are not related to course placement, please order an official transcript from the outside program and have it sent directly to your DHS counselor. There is no deadline for completing the class

If you have been enrolled in an AP/Honors course for the upcoming 23-24 school year check your class in this document to confirm if you have a summer assignment.
