If you are under 18 years old, you will need a work permit

To obtain a work permit: Print this Intent to Employ Request Form. After completely filling out your portion, your employer’s portion, and your parent’s portion, to include signatures – bring to Ms. Miklos in Student Activities at Dublin High School. She will use this request form to create the actual work permit that your employer will need. The turnaround time is typically 48 hours.
