Below are the three short stories that make up the first half of our fiction unit this year. They are electronic and you may read them that way. However, you may also choose to download them onto your own device so you can highlight and annotate electronically. Or, you may choose to print them out and have them as hard copy. The choice is yours. They are in the best order for you to read. "The Most Dangerous Game" and "Lather and Nothing Else" are common for all 9th Grade classes. "A Good Man is Hard to Find" is the advanced level component to these and we suggest you read it last as it is the most challenging because of its subtlety and nuances in characterization and language use.
