Group Counseling

Mrs. Strine provides group counseling sessions in small-group settings that help students overcome issues impeding academic and social emotional achievement or success. Small groups are offered to students who may need extra support in an area they are struggling with. They help students identify problems or challenges they may have, as well as develop strategies and coping skills so they are able to find success in their academic and social emotional growth. Examples of some small group topics include social skills, friendship, worry/anxiety, and changing families. Feel free to reach out to Mrs. Strine if you'd like more information.

Mrs. Strine works closely with teachers and parents when deciding which students may benefit from a small group.
