I love being in the classroom, where teaching becomes a dynamic exchange of ideas—my students teach me as much as I teach them. As a faculty member at the largest public university in Bangladesh, I have the privilege of engaging with some of the brightest young minds from across the country. Every time I stand before a room full of eager, curious faces, I am reminded of the profound responsibility and opportunity that come with teaching. Their enthusiasm fuels my own drive—to keep learning, to keep improving as an educator, and to use my role in the classroom as a force for positive change.
