Operation Evaluation Report - transitioning to Operation Assessment 2022
L1 - GM or DM complete one (1) OER or Operation Assessment
Score 70 or better
L2 - GM or DM complete two (2) OERs or Operation Assessments
Score 70 or better on first OER or Operation Assessment
Demonstrate improvement on second OER or Operation Assessment (if score is less than 80%
L3 - GM or DM complete two (2) OERs or Operation Assessments & one (1) Food Safety Inspection
Score 70 or better on first OER or Operation Assessment
Demonstrate improvement on second OER or Operation Assessment (if score is less than 80%
Score 85% or higher on the Food Safety Inspection
L4 - Assistant Manager conducts three (3) OERs or Operation Assessments & conducts one (1) Food Safety Inspection
Conducts one (1) OER or Operation Assessment per week for 3 weeks; Assistant manager should be coaching product and best practices
Conduct one (1) Food Safety Inspection - coach opportunities
*If the assistant manager scores lower than the benchmarks, coach, and conduct assessments until passing.
Level Exam
L1 - Exam - Google
Must pass with an 80% or higher
L2 - Performance - Cut Test
Must be scored a GREAT
L3 - Two (2) exams - Google
Must pass with an 80% or higher
L4 - Phone or In-Person Interview
Must pass with an 80% or higher
Each level will consist of a workshop, OER/Operation Assessment(s), and an exam. Training will be highly focused on in-store operations and how well the assistant manager scores on these assessments. An assistant manager that is able to show improvement, and growth is key to their success.
