Assistant Manager conducts THREE (3) OERs or Operation Assessments and Conducts ONE (1) Food Safety Inspection

Assistant Manager conducts one OER or Operation Assessment per week for three weeks

*Assistant Manager should be coaching product and best practices

Assistant Manager conducts one Food Safety Inspection - coach opportunities

AMs - please upload all self OERs and/or self Operation Assessments to PULSE

*Remember, evaluations must not be conducted in the same week

PeopleFirst will inform MDP candidate, and leadership of their completion

*if eligible, an hourly increase will be granted on the next payroll
