The Orientation Program for New Employees is conducted to provide orientation to newly hired employees of the Field Office of its mandate, vision, mission and objectives along with its programs and services of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
This activity shall also arrange the formal transition of the new employee from an applicant to an employee with definite Terms of Reference.
Overall, the activity could provide guidance necessary to the new employees in adapting to the norms of the agency and establish the right foundation for a conducive working environment.
