Achievement Awards
Given to individuals and/or groups for his/her/their sustained, exceptional performance and/or significant contributions above and beyond normal performance expectations or for his/her/their special contributions to a specific project or task, or group of projects or tasks accomplished over a relatively short period of time
Excellence Awards
Given to exceptional individuals or groups who inspire all employees to focus their individual talents and skills on the goals of the organization, and contribute at the highest level by topping and passing the bar, board and other licensure examinations, and recognized by other award-giving agencies such as CSC HAP and CESB among others
Career and Self-Development
Granted in recognition of an individual who has satisfactorily completed a course or degree within or outside the country at one’s own expense, and to those who completed their course or degree with honors
Employee Milestones
Granted in recognition of an individual who is celebrating his/her birthday, work promotion, and work anniversary.
