Regionwide Inventory Taking

The Inventory Committee has conducted its regular annual inventory-taking across various offices and institutional centers of Field Office XII during the third and last quarter of C.Y. 2023, which has ended in the month of November. The team conducted site visits to offices in different municipalities to check and verify the presence of property in those areas.

During these assessments, several observations were made. Some equipment was found to be unserviceable yet still present in the field area, without having been officially surrendered to the Property and Supply Section. Furthermore, it was noted that there was a lack of proper transfer of property accountability following employee reassignments within the field area.

Consequently, the team has instructed all relevant officials and employees to address the identified issues promptly by initiating the cancellation of their property accountability.
