The following transactions, including Gate Pass, Portable Equipment Sticker Pass, Property Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR), Inventory Custodian Slip (ICS), Equipment Borrower Slip, Personal Property/Item Pass Slip (PPIPS), Personal Property/Item Sticker Pass (PPISP), and Furniture and Equipment Transfer Slip (FETS), can be generated through Property Record and Equipment Monitoring Inventory System (PREMIS). Kindly coordinate with your identified Designated Property and Supply Custodian (DPSC) of your office.
