The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) being the lead agency in the program implementation, institutionalized the Compliance Verification System which is designed to efficiently and effective monitor the compliance of the beneficiaries with the program conditions. The bi-monthly compliance verification processes are jointly being performed by DSWD and DepEd, DOH and supported by local government units to capture using the standardized compliance verification forms the compliance of the beneficiaries which subsequently use as the bases for computing the correct grants for each HH-beneficiary within the applicable monitoring period.
To ensure that all concerned program implementers i.e. ML, SWA, CVOs, and partners are properly guided in the implementation of the all CV processes, procedures, guidelines, the CVS Field Manual was developed.
Compliance Verification System (CVS) refers the system that monitors how faithfully the beneficiaries comply with the conditions set by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. It is the system that processes compliance data until it can ultimately be used as a basis for payment.
Refers to children who have not been attending school for at least three consecutive months in a given school year. This includes children who enrolled but stopped schooling for the last three (months) or those who did not enroll at all and have been out of school longer than three months. The implementation of Family Development Sessions evolved into a learning strategy for ensuring that 4Ps beneficiaries have access to the necessary support services that will assist them in becoming more self-sufficient and self-reliant when they exit the program within the seven-year time frame.
Refers to the representation of the compliance results in education, health, deworming, and FDS of the Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries that are disaggregated by set, region, province, city/municipality, and sex that is used for CVS reports.
Offline Beneficiary Tracking Report refers to a mechanism for monitoring non-compliant beneficiaries to determine the reasons for the non-compliance of HH and children-beneficiaries. This information is useful in providing them with immediate and appropriate case management interventions.

Refers to qualified-household beneficiaries who have zero-compliance with all program conditions within a period of one (1) year since receipt of the written notification informing them of their first instance of zero-compliance with ALL conditions.
