The One-Stop Site is the fruit of the ongoing collaborative efforts Operations Office 7 to address some of the factors affecting the productivity of the staff. The desired outcome of this initiative is to help the Key Players - decision makers, site administrators and all staff under the Operations Office to come up with key insights and informed decision-making through the convenience of accessing resources at the Target Users’ fingertips. 

• Accessibility and Convenience: The One-Stop Site is a user-friendly interface that allows any type of user, including the technically-challenged, to conveniently and visually access Operations Office data and resources in a matter of minutes and at their fingertips. In time, this empowers all employees to be efficient and productive. 

• A collaborative environment: Collaboration is key when it comes to data. Modern online reporting software offers the possibility to easily share your monitoring dashboards, data resources and information with all staff through different channels and formats. Being able to share monitoring dashboards, data resources and information enhances collaboration between the different teams from 3 LGUs within the Operations Office by keeping them connected through the data.
