LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTIONS (LDI) FOR HRMDD PERSONNEL
The Learning and Development Section (LDS) conducted a two-day learning session for HRMDD Personnel last July 20-21, 2022. The activity was participated by all staff from the different sections of HR. Through online lecture and simulated workshop, the HRMDD staff were equipped with basic knowledge on the ISO 9001:2015, standard operating procedures (SOPs) of HRMD, basic customer service, and strategies in handling difficult clients.

VIRTUAL TRAINING ON RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND SAFEKEEPING
The Records and Archives Management Section (RAMS) together with the Learning and Development Section (LDS) conducted a two-day virtual training on Records Management and Safekeeping. The participants were the designated records custodian and alternative of the different divisions, programs, and offices of DSWD FOVI. Invited resource persons were from the Administrative Service - RAMD. (December 14-15, 2022)
