Pursuant to the memorandum from the Secretary on the strategy to ensure Ease of Doing Social Welfare Services, all DSWD Officials and Personnel are directed to support and adhere to the DSWD Quality Policy and the DSWD Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 standards). Part of the Department's commitments embodied in the Quality Policy is to work with integrity, professionalism, and adhere to ethical standards, giving primordial importance to client satisfaction and quality service, and to demonstrate genuine concern for all DSWD clients at all times. This is where the Enhanced Customer Experience Skills Training enters the scene.
The conduct of the Customer Experience Skills Training for the Public Sector is an action to institutionalize service quality standards in the Department. Moreover, the branding of "Angel in Red Vests" will be integrated into this training. This campaign introduces the dedicated individuals behind DSWD's efforts, committed to serving those in need with dedication and selflessness, and striving to make a positive impact on society. The goal of Angels in Red Vests is to instill a sense of pride among DSWD social workers and to inspire others to join and become part of DSWD. Therefore, the integration of this campaign into the Customer Experience Skills Training will assist DSWD personnel in delivering excellent customer service, embodying the characteristics of the Angels in Red Vests.
