DSWD personnel are key actors in initiatives aimed at realizing the Department’s vision and pursuing its strategic goals and priorities. They are partners in getting the job done and should therefore be fully engaged in the implementation of long- and short-term organizational plans, regardless of rank or hiring status.
The primary objective of this phase is to ensure the achievement of personnel’s respective Offices, Bureaus, and Services (OBS)’ commitments. Further, this aims to:
1. Highlight the contribution of each personnel to their respective OBS and Divisions’ commitments, Department’s Organizational Outcomes (OOs), and Strategic Plan; and
2. Establish performance measures in terms of what results will be produced and how these will be assessed.
