TYPES OF DATA AND TURNAROUND TIME
REQUIREMENTS PER TYPE OF DATA BEING REQUESTED
Public Data: These are data that can be shared to and viewed by the general public. These include, but are not limited to, the aggregate data found in the:
Pantawid Pamilya periodic report such as monthly, quarterly, and annual report
IEC materials
Program website
This can be further subdivided to 3 categories:
Simple data: Refers to the data that needs to be generated/ extracted from the database or any other sources.
Complex Data: Refers to data with high complexity (multivariate, time series, etc...)
Highly-Technical Data: Data that requires complicated statistical computation and analysis (i.e. forecasting, targeting, etc...)

Classified Data: These are data that are considered confidential; when disclosed will constitute an unwarranted invasion of the privacy of beneficiaries as per RA 10173. Data of this nature includes, but are not limited to, all data/ information that pertains to the personal information of the beneficiary which may be classified into 3 categories:
Identifiable Data: Individual-level data that denotes information, which provides the identity of individuals/ beneficiaries (eg. name, household ID, entry ID, address, birthday) and any data that will lead to contacting beneficiaries to obtain additional information.
Potentially Identifiable Data: Individual-level data that denotes information that provides the possibility of identifying individuals/ beneficiaries.
Other Data: Data that are deemed confidential per instruction by the Secretary/ National Project Director.
Requests of this kind require a memorandum of agreement to be signed by both parties.

Once the data has been provided, please fill up the Client Satisfaction Monitoring Tool.
Primary Data Request: data obtained through first-hand investigation. These are collected through face-to-face interviews, survey questionnaires, focused group discussion, case studies, among others.
These requests are endorsed to the Policy and Plans Divisions for further processing.
