Parent Pick-up Procedures
Wycallis parents, due to concerns for safety and security, all parents must be in the parent pick-up car line at all times. Parents may not park at Administration or in the dirt lot and walk up to get their children. Please reference the map below for more information. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe and secure.

MORNING DROP OFF and AFTERNOON PICKUP PROCEDURES
MORNING DROP OFF and AFTERNOON PICKUP PROCEDURES
Effective immediately , and until further notice, the following procedures will be followed for students who ride to school in personal transportation with a parent or caregiver:
1. Enter the campus from Hildebrandt Road on to the access road near the softball field.
2. Travel past the entrance for the Dallas Intermediate School on Mountaineer Drive to the top of the hill, pass in front of the high school and field house and to the stop sign by the white maintenance building.
3. Please wait at the stop sign to be directed to proceed to the large loop in front of the Wycallis Primary Center. When directed, drive down Conyngham Ave and turn left into the large loop and pull all the way up.
4. Students exit their vehicles from passenger side directly on to sidewalk.
5. Parents are NOT to park across the street and walk their students to the building.
6. After dropping your student off, turn right from the Wycallis driveway on to Conyngham Avenue and proceed toward the Dallas Middle School. Turn right on to the Middle School driveway and follow to Mountaineer Drive.
7. Proceed on Mountaineer Drive past the road for the Dallas Intermediate School and exit the campus on to Hildebrandt Road.
8. Only the school buses and Wycallis staff will use Conyngham Avenue between 8:30 and 9:15 AM.

Please fill out the form below if you would like your child to receive a Grab and Go lunch on the Act 80 Day. We will not have assigned lunch periods during the day on Act 80 Days and 1/2 Days. The form needs to be filled out prior to 8:00am on the day of the 1/2 day. Thank You.

Wycallis Primary Center utilizes an Extended Absence Request Form. This is the only form that will be accepted for Educational Trips and Vacation Requests that will be for more than 3 days. Please note that any and all requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the departure date for Principal approval. You can access the form by clicking on the Parent Information/ Documents tab on the Wycallis main page.

Consistent school attendance is a crucial determining factor in student success. As such, Wycallis Primary Center is committed to students being to class on-time on a consistent basis. Wycallis Primary Center utilizes the automated One Call Now system to place a call to absent students’ households on a daily basis. The calls will begin at approximately 10:00 AM. These calls are intended to improve communication between the school and families to both reduce truancy and to assist students upon their return to school. If there is a concern or what you believe to be an errant call, please contact the Wycallis main office at (570) 674 – 7283. In addition, please refer to the Wycallis website under Important Documents for the excuse forms needed upon your students return, and under the Parent Student Guidebook for the school’s absence policy. If you have any questions regarding this new procedure, or wish to opt out of the One Call Now system, please contact Principal Brian Bradshaw directly. Thank you.

The following information is a reminder of expectations for student Chromebook use and care. Please know that future damages to Chromebooks will be billed to the students and their family based on the scale found below. Your child is reminded that District Issued Chromebooks are to be used for appropriate school tasks only. Violations of the Technology Acceptable Use Policy found below may result in the loss of technology privileges moving forward.
