Please review the Chromebook Procedures and Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) Information, Student Photo Permission, FERPA letter, CHIP Health Information, and Procedures For Administration of Medication documents which are attached below.
After reviewing all of the documents, please complete the Parent Sign Off form that was sent home with your child and return it to school by September 8th.

Student Photo Permission Information
Occasionally photographs/videos of Wycallis Primary Center students are suitable for publication. Newspapers prefer to publish photographs where those in the picture are identified by name. The Dallas School District requires explicit permission from parents/caregivers in order to identify students by name in publications.
Please indicate your preference by signing the document sent home and return by September 9th.
Updated Chromebook Information
Below is updated information regarding the use and care of District Issued Chromebooks. There are new Fees that will be charged to students for damage so please familiarize yourself with that, and stress to your child the importance of taking care of the device. Please be advised that you must complete the One on One Loan Agreement for Student/ Parents/ Guardians before a Chromebook will be issued to your child.
