I was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I am a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School. In 1994 I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Education(English)degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. In 2003 I graduated from Morgan State University with a Master's degree in English (Literature). I previously taught and coached for ten years in Baltimore County Public Schools.
I have been teaching at Dallas High School for the past eleven years. I am currently teaching British Literature and Screenwriting classes. I am also the faculty adviser for the Dallas High School Diversity Club.
