Dear students,
Welcome to PQN7005: Quality of Education. I am pleased to have you in this course and I look forward to working with you throughout the semester. Education systems around the world are changing rapidly, and the concept of quality education has become one of the most important priorities for schools, universities, governments, and international organizations. This course is designed to help you understand what quality education means, how it is measured, and how educational institutions continuously improve their standards.
