In this week’s Drip Tip we give you some pointers on how to ship international products. These focus areas below will help you to navigate and solve error messages you may come across when creating a label.

In this video I will run through the process of buying a label for International Shipping. This process can be compared to domestic shipping with a few key differences.

Troubleshooting Potential Errors

The International Shipping process is still being updated. We will be making updates to this feature in the next couple of weeks. When creating a shipping label you may encounter one of the errors listed below.

Shipping Weight

When inputting the product weight be sure to input no less than 0.25 lbs, anything less will result in a error message.

Buyer Address

Another reason why you may receive an error message is the shipping address is not inputted correct. This can be fixed by messaging the buyer for address confirmation. Or searching the address on Google, and then inputting the given address into the proper boxes in the shipping section.

Shipping Dimension

When inputting the dimension of the package be sure to include a variation of the number 6, without it, will vastly increase the shipping price. For example, 4x6x4 is a standard dimension size for international shipping.

Be sure the Dimensions include the number 6!
