The way your stream looks is very important. If your stream quality is poor, viewers may not stick around. Here are some areas you should focus on to ensure a high quality stream and a great buying experience:
Lighting: It’s important to have optimal lighting so viewers can easily see what’s happening on-screen and clearly see your items. We recommend purchasing a ring light to help illuminate the area where you’re streaming.
Camera: The way your stream looks also depends on the quality of your camera. If you’re using your desktop computer to go live, be sure to pick a web cam that has a high resolution. For phone streamers, the latest models of Apple and Android devices have very good pixel ratings.
Stream Backdrop: Having a great looking backdrop is also important because it is the focal point of your stream. We recommend showing product in the backdrop that is for sale or even perhaps a monitor displaying video. Here are some great examples from streamers Royale Rips (on Desktop) and UCC’s Virtual Card Shop (on mobile device)!

Publish your stream as soon as possible! Users can only interact with your stream (RSVP, pre-purchase and pre-bid) once it’s published. Here are a few ways to optimize engagement on your stream:
Pre-Show Video: We recommend having a pre-show video to draw attention to your stream and give viewers a sneak-peek at your content. This can either be a quick video about what you’re selling or maybe a montage of big pulls from past streams.

The title of your stream is your first opportunity to communicate with your prospective viewers.
You need to put some extra effort to show your competitive advantage and put effort into the things that most content creators tend to overlook, such as stream graphics and stream titles.
It all starts with the value you’re providing!
There are many things competing for your audience’s attention, so if you want your audience to spend their valuable time with you, it’s crucial to use your creativity to help you stand out!
While you might assume that the title of your stream isn’t important, that is quite the contrary.
Having a great title for your stream is one way to capture the attention of potential viewers who are browsing streams.
With an engaging title, you can draw viewers in by including one or more of the following:
Make titles unique to your stream
Create funny stream titles
A descriptive and honest title
Highlight special events
Use emojis
Start a conversation
Include shout outs
Use numbers
Announce a giveaway in your title (when appropriate)
Hashtags
Post to ANY and ALL Facebook groups that are relevant to what you buy, sell, trade, or collect. If you are not part of any groups, you can easily search for them by using Facebook’s search function, find and then request to join the group.

❗ After being accepted, learn the rules of the group and get acclimated. ****Most groups have guidelines regarding what you can post, how you can post it, and guidelines regarding communication within the group.

If you are joining the group for the first time, create an intro post. This will help with your transition into the group. (Use the intro thread if the group provides one)
Your name
What you sell, trade, and collect
How long you’ve been selling and collecting
Where and when you stream
YOUR competitive advantage!
Another tactic for getting acclimated into the group is to engage with the community and comment on other posts and threads.
When you comment on other posts and group members see your name more often, you become more trusted when providing valued information or being friendly.
For bonus points, join the live streams within the group, engage with host and community members, and purchase from them!
