1. Product Listings

• Uploading Inventory:

  • Bulk Upload: Use the "Upload CSV" option to bulk upload your inventory.

  • Add Product with AI: This feature allows you to add a product by providing image information, which the AI will use to assist in creating the listing.

  • Manual Upload: Manually add product information by selecting "Add Product."

• Product Information:

  • Image/Video: Add an image and/or video for your product.

  • Category Selection: Choose the appropriate category for your product.

    • For coins or currency, additional options like product type and tax code for precious metals and gold will appear.

  • Product Name & Description:

    • Product Name: Mandatory field.

    • Product Description: Optional, but useful if the product name doesn’t fully cover the necessary details.

  • Properties: Optional field to add extra information.

  • Pricing:

    • Starting Price: Mandatory for auctions.

    • Reserve Price: Optional.

    • Quantity: Specify the number of items in stock.

• Product Status:

  • Active/Inactive Toggle: Decide if the product should be visible to buyers or remain hidden.

  • Weight: Enter the product weight if applicable.

• Auction Listings:

  • Active Products: Add directly to a live stream or to the store for offline auctions.

  • Offline Auctions: List products in the store for up to 7 days or less.

• Buy Now Listings:

  • Automatically added to the store with fixed pricing.

• Giveaways:

  • Product Value & Quantity: Add these details for giveaways.

  • In-Stream/Off-Stream Options: Choose to run giveaways during a live stream or list them in the store for up to 7 days.

• Product Management:

  • Active/In-Active Tabs: Manage your products by toggling their visibility to buyers.

  • Social Sharing: Share your products on social media directly from the dashboard by pressing the three dots beside any order or by using the check boxes and using the option for social sharing that shows below

  • Sold Tab: Review where products were sold.

2. Box Break Templates

• Template Creation:

  • Purpose: Create games in the form of box breaks, which can be reused across streams.

  • Category & Spots: Automatically filled out categories for Sports and Custom allows you to customers the spots however you want. Customize the number of spots (default is 10, but you can add up to 100).

  • Format:

    • Pick Your Spot: Buyers choose their spots.

    • Random Spot: Randomizes spots so buyers don’t know exactly what they are purchasing but can see all available spots.

• Fun and Unique Games: Create engaging and interactive games using the templates provided.
