Accessing Orders
Overview: When you access your orders, the system will default to the “All” tab. This view displays all orders associated with your account.
Filtering Orders
Pending Orders:
These are orders awaiting completion. This category is often associated with crypto payments.
If a payment method is likely to fail, it usually does so immediately, allowing buyers time to update their payment information.
Managing Pre-Orders
Pre-Order:
Pre-orders are items purchased before a stream has gone live. For instance, if you schedule a stream a week in advance, buyers can place pre-orders in your store.
Once the stream goes live, pre-orders automatically move to the “Shipments” section.
