Manage Shipping Settings

Under Shipping settings in Seller Hub, you can enable International shipping and you can also enable in-store pickup. In-store pickup will allow buyers to purchase the item and choose instore pickup which will allow them opt in to picking up the order, and to see $0.00 for shipping that would be for the local buyers around your area if you allow pick ups, or if you have a store.
