How to Create and Customize Coupons on Drip

Step 1: Access Coupons in Seller Hub

• Go to your Seller Hub.

• Find the "Coupons" option on the list on the left side.

Step 2: Understand Coupon Responsibility

• Note that any coupons created here are personal coupons and will not be reimbursed by Drip.

• Drip-sponsored coupons will be provided with specific coupon codes.

Step 3: Create and Customize the Coupon

• Customize the coupon code ID as desired.

Step 4: Set Discount Type

• Choose the discount type:

  • Percentage discount

  • Fixed discount by dollar amount

Step 5: Define Discount Value

• Add a percentage or fixed discount amount.

• If you want the coupon to be for free shipping only, set the discount value to zero.

Step 6: Additional Customization Options

• Decide if the coupon will apply to everything or just new customers to your stream.

• Set the minimum order amount required to qualify for the discount.

• Specify the maximum discount available based on the discount value.

Step 7: Usage Limits

• Determine the total usage limit (how many times the coupon can be used in general).

• Set the limit per user (how many times a single user can use the coupon).

Step 8: Auto Apply Option

• Customize further settings.

• Enable the auto apply option if you want the coupon to affect auctions (recommended for faster-paced auctions).

Step 9: Finalize and Save

• Once all settings are configured, finalize and save your coupon.
