The stream moderation feature enhances the management of live streams by allowing hosts to appoint moderators easily. This feature improves stream control and ensures a positive viewer experience
Moderator Appointment: Hosts can appoint moderators during a live stream. Moderators must be present in the stream to be eligible.
Context Menu for Moderators: By clicking on a viewer's name in the chat or viewer tab, a context menu appears with the option to "Assign Moderator."
Designation of Moderators: Selecting the "Assign Moderator" option designates the chosen person as a moderator.
Moderator Toast Message: Newly assigned moderators receive a toast message, and their screen updates to display host controls (excluding Going Live, Managing Simulcast, and assigning new moderators).
Moderator Actions Tagging: Actions taken by moderators, such as sending chat messages or performing moderation tasks, are tagged with an orange label reading "Mod" to indicate they are moderator actions.
Moderator Tasks: Moderators can perform various tasks on behalf of the streamer, including starting promotions, managing the order queue, creating announcements, adding FAQs, and more.
Persistent Moderator Status: Moderators retain their status even if the streamer goes offline and comes back online.
Unassignment of Moderators: Hosts can unassign moderators by clicking on their name, selecting the "Unassign Moderator" option from the menu, and confirming the action.

When you are inside of a live stream you will as the streamer have the option to assign or unassign moderators.
Click on the username of the person you would like to assign moderator to
Click assign moderator to give them the following ablities:
Delete Comments
Block users
Run Flash Sales
Pin Announcements
Manage Order Queue
Please note Moderators will not be able to purchase or participate in giveaways.
To unassign just click unassign, until you take this action the moderator retains mod access.
Click on the three dots next to the comment
Confirm deletion by clicking delete.
