Mobile Drip App: Go Live Feature - A New and Exciting Way to Connect with Your Audience

The Mobile Drip App now offers the highly requested feature of going live directly from the app. This tutorial will guide you through the process of going live and engaging with your audience.

You will be able to now go live directly from the Drip app.
Once you have host access, you'll notice a large "+" button located in the middle of the navigation bar

To go live on both Android and iOS versions of the Mobile Drip App, follow these steps:

Tap on the + button to proceed.
Select the Stream
- You need to have a stream created beforehand, which can only be done from the web.

By default you enter the settings tab and are not live. To go live, press the play button in the middle, which will then indicate your status on the top as well.

- Settings available are:

1. Go live/offline
2. Mute/unmute audio
3. Turn on/off video
4. Switch the front/back camera
5. Enable/disable the shop
6. Change the video quality
7. FAQ: Add, Delete, edit, or rearrange the order
8. Simulcast: Add, delete, edit, or enable/disable
9. Exit Live Stream

Best Practices/Tips

The "live/not live" tab is the main tab that has the stream content on it. Normal stream interactions take place there, similar to web *
Swipe right to view products added to the stream. From there you can activate any product promotions, edit, or delete products. *
You can also click manage products or quick add to add/edit products as well.*
The queue is represented by the handbag icon, displaying active promotions and paid products. *
Viewers are represented by the eye icon at the top right*
To end the live stream, head back to the setting tab and click the "exit live stream" button *

Create and start auctions, giveaways, and flash sales directly from your queue

The queue tiles for each type now include two buttons: "create new" and "select from shop." Clicking select from shop will navigate you to your stream shop where you can choose an existing item to run the promotion for, which is the current experience. Now we've also included "create new" right from this screen, which you can use to create a brand new item and start the promotion, such as an auction, all in the same action.

Perfect for those streamers who enjoy running continuous auctions and making them on the fly.

Pulldown refresh option in both Queue & Product tab

While using the mobile app, your product list in the stream shop and your order queue can now be refreshed by pulling down on the screen on your phone.
