The True Cost of Fast Fashion: From Closet to Crisis
In the thrift store entry event we were tasked to make an outfit that correlates with our topic. My topic was Egypt. We went to the Salvation Army to shop for egyption clothing. We documented all the details of the clothings in a research paper. We knew we had to shop for brown, yellow, and bluish colors. Our clothing came mostly from China and was made by mostly cotton and polyester. Our model then went up on stage and presented the outfit we put together. This project changed the way I saw fasion because I relized that fasion can be anything, not just designer clothes.
