In this assignment we were put into groups of 3 in my Geometry class and given a word problem.Me and my peers went outside and took measurements and completed our calculations outside.Then we were told to write an essay explaining steps we took and our thought process when solving the problem. I had to show my work and write the essay in letter form as if it was being sent to a customer.I picked this assignment because it displays my critical thinking skills.

In this assignment we were also put into groups and had to work on coding a video game.We had to act as if we were early video programmers.We had to use basic transformations to move characters around a game space.I picked this assignment because it was challenging and I had to collaborate with my team members.

In this assignment I used EMAZE and created a power point presentation using my geographic knowledge​ of major physical features of Southeastern and South Asia. I picked this assignment because I was creative when I made the power point and thought outside the box.

In this assignment I was put in a group with 4 of my other peers and we were given the Tundra Biome and had to create a video game based off the Tundra.We were to create our own code and design visuals for our game. I picked this assignment because I am proud of the visuals I designed;I put a lot of thought into how I was to design our game.

In this assignment I made a power point presentation on Google Slides celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.I had to list famous/successful Hispanic role models and give a little information about their background and what they were famous for.I picked this assignment because I think it is important for every race/ethnicity to be recognized for their contributions that make up our American culture.

I enjoyed this assignment because I got to be creative with my illustrations and got show my point of view of what the story meant to me. I picked this assignment because I enjoy reading stories about Africans and I got to draw beautiful African inspired illustrations.
