I aspire to become a CEO in corporate America, not only to achieve personal success but to serve as an inspirational Black male leader who breaks barriers and uplifts others. Education is a cornerstone of my journey, as I strive to follow in the footsteps of my parents, who set a fantastic example of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Their guidance has instilled in me the importance of knowledge, resilience, and leadership, which I will carry forward in my pursuit of excellence. I want to show that with determination and vision, Black men can thrive at the highest levels of business while staying true to their values. By leading with purpose and creating opportunities for others, I hope to inspire future generations to dream big and reach for greatness.

Hello. My name is Joseph Richburg, and I am a senior at the Charles R. Drew Charter School Senior Academy. I love to play baseball, engage in community service, spend time with friends, and play video games in my free time. My favorite subjects in school are Advanced Placement Pre-Calculus and Advanced Placement Statistics. I currently have a 3.5 grade point average featuring three 3 Advanced Placement courses and two college dual enrollment classes (Georgia State University) on my transcript. I think of myself as a funny, smart, and caring young man. I love serving those in need in my community.
