I enjoyed being a basketball manager because it made me feel like I was part of something bigger than myself. I liked being around the team, helping out, and being involved in the games and practices. It was fun to support the players and see how everything worked behind the scenes. It also gave me a chance to be around a sport I enjoy without actually playing.
Being a basketball manager taught me a lot of important skills. It helped me become more responsible because I had to stay organized and be on time. It also taught me teamwork, since I had to work with coaches and players to make sure everything ran smoothly like making sure the jerseys were washed and ready for each game.. I learned how to communicate better and stay focused, even during busy or stressful moments. Overall, it helped me grow and become more disciplined and dependable.
